Housing Stock Condition Surveyors

Personnel with building industry experience required.

• We are looking for surveyors with integrity, professionalism and ability to work alone and manage personal workload.
• Survey work is conducted on a tablet. Specific software and property training will be given.
• Knowledge of Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) and Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) would be an advantage.
• A self-employed contract can be negotiated providing flexible hours set to suit personal requirements. This would be with monthly target and pay rate per survey.
• Alternatively, in house employment is available with a competitive salary, including professional development and training.

We are a Hull based company, but Condition Surveyors can be home based.
