Overview
MyEngergi design and manufacture renewable energy products. Their new MyEngergi Warehouse is a state of the art 45,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Stallingborough, Lincolnshire.
Challenges and Solutions
With the scope of works being the design to RIBA Stage 3, the external works including construction build-ups and levels, the main challenge was in the ground, where a large attenuation pond covered half the footprint of the building on the proposed site. This needed to be infilled prior to building upon the area. The outfall of the onsite drainage was also very shallow, creating challenges for the underground drainage, especially with such a large footprint.

Results
Once the contract was let to Ashcourt Construction, our services were novated to the contractor, where we completed the Stage 4 detailed design for both the structural and civil design, developing our Stage 3 work.
The building then progressed to the Stage 5 site phase, where we dealt with the contractor’s queries as they arose.
The end result was a facility that met the clients brief and was delivered to a high standard on time and budget.
