Marine Society & Sea Cadets - Condition Surveys

We were commissioned by the Marine Society & Sea Cadets to present our services with a specific focus on the preparation on Baseline Condition Surveys on the Sea Cadet property estate.

We were instructed to inspect 321 properties which are part of the Sea Cadet estate and establish the baseline condition of the building fabric, the visual condition of services and drains, the condition of external areas, ground and boundaries. The surveys were carried out over a four-month time period across six different regions.
