Bridlington Park and Ride

Managed under the NEC3 Contract form this project was East Riding�s flagship WC block to complete the multi million pound park and ride scheme.

The tight programme was a challenge for the team which consisted of MCA, ERYC�s architects, Troup Bywaters+Anders M&E consultants and Hall Construction. The early ground and superstructure works were hampered by the coldest winter on record and 2 feet of snow on the site.

Dutch River Bridge

Dutch River Bridge

Mason Clark Associates carried out detailed design and project menagement for this award winning scheme to replace the bridge over Dutch River in Goole. Also included in the scheme were safety improvements to the junctions and approaches along with improvements to existing cycle and pedestrain facilities, and a range of environmental and sustainble features were incorporated into the scheme. Residential Development

Many developers are utilising brown field sites for new developments and these sites have more challenges than green field sites. Mason Clark Associates carried out all the infrastructure works on a new development on the outskirts of Cottingham which was a former caravan factory located in a ground water protection zone. Westwood Pasture Beverley

Westwood Pasture Beverley

During the storms of June 2007, the Westwood Pasture and the surrounding residential properties on Willow Grove and Pasture Terrace in Beverley experienced extensive flooding.

This flooding was due to the topography of the of the land meaning the large catchment to the west of Beverley collected rainfall and diverted it down the valley to the Westwood Pasture. Learn more.

Hessle Road Flyover

Hessle Road Flyover

Mason Clark Associates were commissioned by Hull City Council to assess the multi-span structure over the Hull to Cottingham railway line and develop a strengthening scheme.

The innovative scheme developed by Mason Clark Associates allowed all work to be undertaken from the highway and eliminated any possessions of the railway beneath.
