Road & Sewer Design

Mason Clark Associates have undertaken the design of roads & sewers to a number of residential and commercial development sites.

These projects range in size and typically involve the design of roads and sewers in accordance with Section 38 (Highways Act 1980) and Section 104 (Water Industry Act 1991) procedures respectively.

Design of private drainage systems and car parking areas/service roads can also be carried out as required. Our involvement can be tailored to meet the individual requirements of Client and Developer. In addition to the carrying out detailed engineering design and specification we are also able to offer the following services:

Feasibility studies and pre-planning enquiries including liaison with Highway Authorities, Water Companies and The Environment Agency.
Close liaison with solicitors in dealing with Section 38 & 104 Agreements including negotiation of supervision fees, bonds etc.
Project management of development sites including dealing with requirements at provisional and final certificate stages prior to formal vesting of roads and sewers.
